I'm asking for your vote on Saturday October 17, 2026 to provide an independent voice on Richmond City Council that is focuused on representing the people of Richmond.

 

As an independent Councillor, I am free to truly represent the best interests of ALL residents and not beholden to any political ideologies or special interests. I will work hard to ensure the City utilizes smart growth principles, eliminates unnecessary residential tax increases, improves collaboration with community stakeholders and key business partners, protects our environment, and improves integration of local transportation. I've been an active resident of Richmond for almost 30 years and have seen many changes in our community. I understand the issues, the organizations and the people along with the challenges a growing city brings.

As a long-time community volunteer, I appreciate the diversity of our community, culture and dedication of so many residents who work and volunteer to make our city even better. I've met many of you during my 2022 campaign for city council, 9 years with the City's Emergency Programs and 4 years with the Economic Advisory Committee.

 

My professional leadership experience has provided an excellent background in understanding large organizations like the City of Richmond and where to focus for improvements. I'm currently working as a business consultant and look forward to using my experience to benefit the City.

 

Richmond is a wonderful community and with my leadership, professional experience, and connection to the people, I will ensure a high level of collaboration on city council so your needs and views are represented to build a brighter future for Richmond that all residents can be proud of.
