Our KP Facilitators are professionals who voluntarily and generously share knowledge with Vantage Point clients as consultants, advisers, professional coaches, and mentors.
They are proven experts in their field and deliver most of our programs in topic areas such as Strategic Planning, Board Governance, Organizational Assessment, Financial Governance, HR Practices, and Leadership.

The Richmond Fitness and Wellness Association (RFWA) works in partnership with the City of Richmond to:

Deliver and expand the Walk Richmond program

Champion fitness and wellness initiatives that implement the Richmond Community Wellness Strategy

Facilitate continuing education opportunities for Fitness Leaders working in all community centres.

Bark Park
Formed group and led advocacy for safety improvements to Bark Park to protect people, dogs, and bikes from dangerous interactions, enhancing the enjoyment and functionality for all park users. Thanks to everyone who signed the petition.

City of Richmond
Block Watch is a free community-based crime prevention program that focuses on neighbours helping neighbours. Residents form a communication chain, aided by a map of names, telephone numbers, and addresses. They take a proactive approach to crime prevention and safety by committing to watch out for each other's homes, and report suspicious activities to the police and to each other.

BC Organizational Development Network

BC Organization Development Network (BCODN) is a learning community of over 700 practitioners in a wide variety of organizations. Our members are employed by private industries, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. We also operate consulting firms, engage in private practices, and teach in our areas of expertise.

Economic Advisory Committee, 2 Terms
The purpose of the Economic Advisory Committee is to provide City Council with feedback and advice on economic development strategic planning issues and initiatives.

Emergency Programs Lead
Providing leadership in community emergency response, training program development, design of emergency exercises, pubic emergency preparedness presentations, researching and authoring industry articles. Emergency Programs mandate is to provide services to ensure the protection of life, public infrastructure, private property and the environment in the event of an emergency or disaster situation. Responded to city emergencies 24/7 in support of emergency social services for displaced residents.
